Excellent organization of the World Cup Singles still lives on in my memories, which gives me peace of mind to say to all the participants that they can expect good conditions while in Rijeka. Although Rijeka is an industrial city, it's location near the sea and popular tourist destiantions gives it's guests many choices for good entertainment and great vacation. You can expect eight brand new bowling tracks, assembled in an inspiring ambience, great climate conditions, spectacular cuisine, and friendly hosts.
I wish that enthusiasm and a strong competitive spirit among the youngest competitors will shine through this sports festival. Despite of the fact that it is not possible for everyone to win medals, we have high expectations for each one of them. I know this competitions will bring everyone experiences which will be remembered with joy.

We have women and men talents in the U23 Category, proffesionals who will achieve extraordinary results during the competitions. Some of them already mastered a superb skills of the game with over 120 throws. It is a fascination how there's no difference between woman and man scores, both playing on same level of proficiency.

There are some demanding days ahed for the organizers, particularly for the judge and the referees. Again I wish to see judges present at the tracks in any moment of the events, harsh but no less then fair judgement, and most of all I wish they do not forget the mere joy of the games.

With much joy in my heart, I wish every one of You a safe journey and welcome to Rijeka.

Dear guests, bowlers and sports fans

As organizers of the Singles World Cup for cadets and juniors U14 and U18 and World Junior Championships U23 we are extremely pleased to have been appointed the responsibility for organisation of such an event. With even more enthusiasm, Croatian bowling association gave the opportunity to organize events to the city of Rijeka and their partners. 

We experience it as a great recognition for the results that have been achieved in their classes by every Croatian bowler such as Matko Bulka and Igor Šarkezija, Nikola Uzelac, Nika Cvitkovic, Mateja Skupnjak and Hrvoje Marinovic, as well as an introduction to the organization and NBC senior Euro Cup 2010 to be held in Split in the month of October 2010. year

This is an opportunity to become familiar with our city that will pop out of its coastal heart and enable young people to enjoy the game masters bowling from around the world, rich Mediterranean cuisine, and historic beauty of the city of Rijeka and the blue Adriatic.
We remeber the year of 2009, Rijeka and Croatia were host to a very successful Single World Cup for seniors and juniors in Rijeka, which yelded excellent feedback from NBC officials.

We hope that you will spend a comfortable ten days in Rijeka, make new acquaintances and friends from abroad, and cherish them as dear memories and a desire to visit Rijeka and Croatia again to enjoy their nature and beauty!
